Refund policy

REFUNDS
No refunds or exchanges on Custom furniture.
All furniture is final sale upon delivery.
No cool off period: all orders are processed upon being received.

DAMAGED FURNITURE UPON DELIVERY:
You will have 24 hours to advise Easy Buy Decor of any damaged furniture/decor delivered to you.
Please take photos of damaged items upon delivery and email them to info@easybuydecor.com, a
case will be opened, after investigation, we will refund your money once the item has been returned.
If an item was damaged after it was delivered (by customers fault) the items will not be refunded.

Credit financing
Our credit financing is Offered by 3 rd party companies, we are not held responsible for the debt
accumulated/missed payments/ etc..
